Subscription Cancellations
Kika offers a recurring subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to be billed automatically for each upcoming order based on your selected frequency.

How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@kikanutrition.com. Please include your full name and order number (if available).

Timing: To avoid being charged for your next shipment, your cancellation request must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations received after this window may still be processed, but you may be charged for and receive one final shipment.

No Cancellation Fees: We do not charge any fees for canceling your subscription.
One-Time Orders
If you placed a one-time order and would like to cancel it, please email info@kikanutrition.com as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
