Ingredients

3 tbsp chia seeds⁠

1/4 cup rolled oats⁠

1 scoop Kika⁠

1 cup milk of choice⁠

1 tsp vanilla extract⁠

1 tsp maple syrup or honey⁠

1 pinch cinnamon⁠

Berry Compote:⁠

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries⁠

1 tsp maple syrup or honey⁠

1/2 tsp lemon juice⁠

Instructions

Add oats, chia, Kika, vanilla, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a jar. Pour in milk, seal, and shake until fully combined. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.⁠

⁠When ready to eat, warm berries, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat 5-7 minutes until soft. Mash into a thick jammy sauce and let cool slightly before swirling into your oats.⁠

Top with peanut butter, nut butter, or seeds and enjoy!
