Heat the skillet: Heat a skillet to medium and add 1 tablespoons coconut oil or butter, for cooking.
Blend oats into flour: Add 2 cups rolled oats to your blender and blend until they reach a flour-like consistency.
Add remaining ingredients & blend: Add 1 1/3 cups milk of your choice, 1 large ripe banana, 1 egg, 1teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1 dash of salt, and 2 scoops of Kika Nutrition powder. Blend until smooth. No taste, no fight — just the good stuff.
Pour batter: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Add 0.3 cups blueberries (optional) or 1/3 cups dark chocolate chips (optional) directly onto each pancake if using.
Cook each side: Cook until bubbles form and edges look set, then flip. About 2–2m 30s 02:30 per side
Serve: Top with 1/3 cups maple syrup, for serving, 1/2 cups strawberries, warmed, for serving, and 1/3 cups yogurt, for serving — or let them cool and pack them for the road.
