This is the 3-minute mug pancake that saved breakfast in our house! In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, Kika, milk, and maple syrup until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Microwave 60–90 seconds (start at 60 and check). Let cool slightly and enjoy straight from the mug. Tip: Fill the mug only about ⅔ full so it doesn’t overflow.
