Ingredients

16 oz cottage cheese
1 egg
1 scoop Kika
1 cup white flour (½ mixed in, ½ for shaping)
Ghee or avocado oil for frying

Instructions

Mix cottage cheese, egg, Kika + ½ cup flour until soft dough forms. Then shape small patties using remaining flour. Pan-fry in oil over medium heat, 3–4 min per side until golden. Serve with sour cream, berries, jam, or honey. Enjoy!
