Ingredients

⁠⁠½ scoop of Kika
½ blender of fresh or frozen berries (or any fruit you love)
1 scoop of ice
¾ blender of coconut water – or milk of your choice
2 tbsp organic maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

Fill half of the blender with fresh or frozen fruit of choice. Add coconut water, but you can also use regular water or do a mix of both. If you're using oat or almond milk (which we also love), the consistency will be thicker—more like a juice. Fill the blender up to ¾ full and toss in one scoop of ice. Add ½ scoop of Kika. Our secret for just the right touch of sweetness is a bit of organic maple syrup—add about 2 tablespoons (more or less, depending on how sweet you like it). Then blend away and enjoy!
